We offer full free shipping in United States.

We Ship Free to all areas USA. Including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico

We do not ship Internationally.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This means your order is in our system, and your payment has been pre-authorized.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a second email containing your tracking number and shipping details.

If you don’t see your confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder. Still missing? Contact us at help@pawpzilla.com with the subject “Order Confirmation Not Received.”

Total Delivery Time

Our delivery timeline includes both handling and shipping:

  • Handling Time: 2–3 business days
  • Shipping Time: 5–7 business days
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7–10 business days

Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST (Monday to Friday) will be processed the same day whenever possible.
