At Pawpzilla, your satisfaction—and your pet’s happiness—are our top priorities. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right with free returns and flexible exchange options.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 business days of the delivery date. To qualify, items must be:

  • In unused condition
  • Returned with original packaging (if applicable)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

To start a return, simply email us at help@pawpzilla.com with your order number and the reason for return.

Free Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping for all eligible returns. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified of the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued
  • If you do not see the refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider first, then reach out to us

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer product exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, just let us know in your return request email. We’ll guide you through the process and ship the replacement once we receive the original item.
